To log in, you must enter your booking number and surname, you can find this on the booking confirmation that was sent to your e-mail when booking. Here you can pay the remaining amount or cancel your stay. Cancellation must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

In case of cancellation later than 7 days before arrival, we keep the deposit. If you cancel 2 days before, the full amount must be paid.
There may be different rules if you have ordered via other websites. Gift cards are not refundable.
